This time the lucky celeb is Paramore's cute-as-a-button vocalist, Hayley Williams

AKA: Hayley, Spongebob (heheh).

Signifigant Achievements: Being awesome, writing and singing for band Paramore, saying "for the record, my eggo is not preggo" in her blog (Juno reference ftw!).
Not-so-signifigant Achievements: NOTHING. Hayley is perfect!
Except for the "ARE HAYLEY AND (insert bandmate here) DATING?!" or the "OMG, PARAMORE BREAKING UP?!" scandals, both of which are untrue, of course.
Stalker Rating: Moderately Low - Nobody really wants to have her babies because that would be impossible, but Paramore do have some hardcore fans out there.

There may not be anyone who wants to have Hayley's babies but they may want to stalk her and follow her around. So, the stalker rating could be a High or Moderate. X]
